チケット駆動開発だとPR先に出すのはダメにゃんだろうにゃと思うけど、misskey-devは雰囲気駆動開発だからにゃと思ってたら、こんにゃことが書いてあるから、やっぱりissue建てにゃいとダメっぽいにゃ
